Tips to keep body cool in Summer

TIPS TO STAY COOL IN SUMMER!!

I know how the weather is hot during day time. We cannot go without wearing coolers or taking umbrella or applying sun screen. Moreover we will get exhausted due to over heat. People prone to Chicken pox, Small pox very easily during this time. Especially children will face troublesome. Here are the few  tips which will make you stay cool always

1. Try Walking Early Morning :

 We all know Early to bed, Early to rise make man healthy and strong. We will get more oxygen while we wake up in the early morning especially Brahmamuhurtha time (4-5 am). The atmosphere will be very silent during that time. Try to wake and walk in the morning in near by park or outside of your house

2. Drink Plenty of Water :


Normally we will take 6 glasses of water that is 1.5 liters of water. Even if you have not thirsty drink like crazy as much as you can. Water intake will reduces your Stress, Pimples even it leads to peaceful sleep. You itself feel cool after drinking water.  Especially avoid drinking Refrigerator water it will makes us cool but it makes our body heat, try to drink Pot water. In olden days people drink only pot water which makes them to live longer.  

3. Apply Sun screen while going out :

There are lots of branded sun screen lotions available at market, try to use that while going out. Kindly use brand product. I know branded products will cost more but cheaper products will leads to rashes. so, apply sun screen while going out


4. Apply Oil in head :

Now days going out with free hair become fashion. In olden days people will go out by applying more and more oil in center of the head, so, that they are not prone to headache and giddiness. Now a days it become craze by leaving free hair. People thinking if hair is free only they will look good and young. But I say it is wrong. Person who sits long in computer are attacked by radiation power without knowing. So, it is better to apply oil , twice or once in a week it is better to take oil bath  with hot water

5. Bath in Mild Hot water : 

Try to bath in atleast mild hot water. If bath in cold water reduces heat at that time but it leads to heat rash or heat bumps or prickly heat all over the body especially children and old age people so, it is better to use hot water , which will reduce those allergies. A fruit that reduce prickly heat is Borassus flabellifer,(Nungu in Tamil , ice apple in English) skin is very good for heat sores, remove the Ice apple skin and scrub the skin all over the body or ice apple also cure the sore in a day

6. Avoid Staying in Air conditioner:

We feel cool in staying in Air conditioner room for longer hours , but the conditioner make room cool but if you stay longer in air conditioner or air cooler room, your blood level will gradually decrease, even your colour become Pale. So, avoid staying atleast come out once and walk for a while. 


7. Try to take Fruits :

Water melon - One of the Watery, Good Fruit for Summer season, while going out (People who work in sales) try to take a watermelon fruit juice or fruit pieces a day.
Tender Coconut - Better to get Tender coconut with water content more it will reduce heat all over the body and u feel energetic.

Butter Milk - Especially people who are going outside can buy curd and make butter milk at home and take it along with you. Whenever you are exhausted, Have a sip of it, It not only reduce your hungriness, it will reduce your Thirsty.

Avoid eating Mangoes during summer season the taste might feel good. But it will increase your internal temperature
.If possible avoid going out in summer. I know is difficult for Sales, Insurance professional but take the above said precaution while going out. Have a cool summer :)
